A Realtor since 2015, Monique McFarland serves

Monique knows the region well. She moved here in 1999, and other than two years
spent in the Washington, D.C. area, has made her home in southeastern North
Carolina ever since.


Whether buying your first – or 10^th – home, or needing to sell and
move on to the next chapter in your life, Monique is eager to assist from start
to finish. She possesses market knowledge and commits to providing excellent

One of her specialties is military relocation. As an Army spouse and young mom
years ago, she remembers her apprehension at moving to a new place.


“Now I love showing them my city and everything it has to offer, from housing
to the best place to eat breakfast. Also, when they leave, I want to be able to
help relieve some of that stress for them,” she adds.


Working with people and sales comes naturally to Monique.


“I’ve spent most of my life in sales and marketing,” she says. “Specifically in
the tech field doing a lot of product launches. I worked for Microsoft in the
Washington D.C. area launching the XBOX 360, Zune, as well as several popular
games,” she says. “I helped launch Cricket Wireless in Fayetteville and the
surrounding counties – and have also worked for other companies such as Sharp,
Cannon, and AMD.”


Monique is married to Jeff, and they have a grown son, two grandsons, a Jack
Russell terrier “who rules our lives” and two cats.


She also enjoys volunteering for military causes: “I like to give back and
build bonds in the community that has given so much to me and my family for so
many years.”
